The photovoltaic production

Our team of French and Chinese engineers, developing patterns of production and creation of a precise specification to have a quality similar as Europe. The choice of materials and method of assembly are the key of our success.

Our production plan must be the same for all customers. Production stability is essential for the continuity of a healthy business. The adaption product-customer basis of price is not conceivable in the group.

Solar cell production

It is essential for NENGLI to follow since cell production in the encapsulation of the module. the choice of wafers, provenance and quality is vital for the group. That is why purchasing contracts are made with producers to take a qualitative and quantitative method.

Order to control the quality of cell, regular monitoring is carried out by cleaning the wafer to ensure the best efficiency of the cells. The machines used for cleaning as much as for the manufacture of the silicon cell, are German brands: SCHMID and CENTROTHERM. The rejection rate is much lower than local machines.

Assembly

Assembly quality will determine the quality of the module. the semiautomatic mode of production is now the criterion of the safer production.

This system reduces labor costs but also avoid problems associated with handling of Rights.

Each assembly step: Connections cells, checking before encapsulation, high temperature encapuslage, implementation of the framework, insulation and thermal testing, electrical test flash are controlled internally by a team trained and monitored.

Final check-up 

  Control of each module is performed at the end of the production's chain to certify our customers a perfect record, a very high performance, a positive tolerance of an order. A team is established for each production, with a tracking number on the module in order to secure for the next 25 years.

An test report, via a third party is given to the customer to certify the conformity of our photovoltaic modules. The company PVSOLAR INSPECT is present on each of our productions and validate each module.
